Education
Dr. Toole completed her undergraduate studies at Wilkes University and received her Bachelor of Visual Sciences and Doctor of Optometry degrees from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Philadelphia PA. She served as vice president of the Betta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and upon graduating was the recipient of the Alumni Award.
Experience
Dr. Toole practices primary eye care with a special interest in pediatric care including the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of amblyopia and strabismus. She offers contact lens and refractive care for children and adults.
Research & Community
A member and past president of the Northeast Pennsylvania Optometric Society she serves as the PA State Leader for the non-profit children’s vision program, InfantSee.

Dr. Toole is a lifetime resident of Wilkes-Barre, where she resides with her husband and two children.
